How to Play themmessenger
Start by choosing a contact from the chat list. Each conversation has its own relationship and opening message, so pick whoever you want to talk to first. Type a message in the input box and click the send button, or press Enter to send it. Read the character's response and keep the conversation going with replies that fit the situation. To transfer money, choose a preset amount such as ¥1,000 or ¥5,000, or enter a custom amount and select Give. Check your balance before confirming, since transfers use your available virtual yen. Want a new conversation? Open the character creator, enter a name, relationship, and personality, then select Add to Chats. Choose the new contact from your list to start chatting.
Tips & Tricks for themmessenger
Try these tips to get more out of each chat. First, tailor your messages to the contact: a family member, partner, and friend may react differently to the same topic. Second, mention specific details or ask clear questions to give the character something interesting to respond to. Third, keep an eye on your yen balance before sending money, and use a preset amount when you want a quick transfer. Fourth, experiment with custom character personalities to shape the tone of a new conversation. Remember that saying you sent money in a message isn't the same as using the Give action.
