How to Play POLYCHROME RHYTHM

Choose a mode to get started. In Freestyle, tap a cell in the 16-step grid to switch a beat on or off; drag across cells to draw a run of beats quickly. Tap the left side of a track to preview its instrument, or use the plus button below it to cycle through available sounds. Press Play to hear your loop and Pause to stop it. Use Tempo’s plus and minus buttons to set a pace from 60 to 200 BPM, load a pattern with Preset, or start fresh with Clear. Remix rearranges the sound and color combinations for a new creative prompt. In Play Along, watch the notes scroll toward the judgment line, then tap the matching track as each note arrives. Timely hits earn Good or Perfect judgments, build combos, and help maintain your sync. Miss too many notes and your run can end.

Tips & Tricks for POLYCHROME RHYTHM

Start with a simple kick and snare pattern, then add other tracks one at a time so your loop stays easy to follow. Preview instruments before placing lots of beats; a quick sound check can help each part find its place. In Play Along, watch the scrolling notes and tap as they reach the judgment line rather than rushing ahead. Begin at a comfortable tempo, then raise the BPM when your timing feels steady. Keep an eye on your sync and combo, since consistent hits are more useful than frantic taps.
