Voice Studio

Made by

Elijah Gunter

Ready to give your voice a whole new vibe? Voice Studio is a browser-based voice effects studio where you can record a quick clip or start with a built-in demo, then hear it transformed in seconds. Choose a robot, helium, demon, cave echo, or radio preset, and watch the waveform respond as you play and scrub through your audio. When a microphone isn't available, the synthesized demo lets you experiment without recording anything. Save your creation as a WAV file when you're happy with the result. No dedicated audio software is needed to start exploring. If you want to keep experimenting, discover more audio-inspired creative tools.

How to Play Voice Studio

1. Open Voice Studio in your browser and choose Demo Clip to load a ready-made synthesized sample, or select the microphone button to record your own voice. If you record, allow microphone access when your browser asks for permission. Tap the microphone again to stop recording. 2. Select Play to listen to the current clip. Choose one of the six presets: Normal, Robot, Helium, Demon, Cave Echo, or Radio. You can change effects while playback is running to compare the results. 3. Tap or drag along the waveform to move the playhead to a different point. Use the time display and level meter to follow playback or recording. Some effects also include tuning controls, such as pitch, robot frequency, or echo delay. 4. When your clip is ready, select Save to export it as a 16-bit PCM WAV file. Choose New whenever you want to reset the studio and start fresh.

Tips & Tricks for Voice Studio

Start with the demo clip if you want to test effects before granting microphone access. Record in a quiet spot and keep a comfortable distance from your device's microphone for a cleaner starting sound. Try each preset on the same phrase: Robot adds a synthetic edge, Helium raises the pitch, Demon deepens it, Cave Echo adds space, and Radio narrows the sound. Adjust the available tuning controls gradually, then compare changes during playback. Scrub across the waveform to revisit the clearest or funniest moment, and listen through once before exporting.
